Don Draper Pitches Facebook Timeline

I am posting this here because I've noticed that the parody/satire video of Don Draper selling Facebook Timeline is obviously fair use and it deeply disturbs me that the video has been disappearing from across the web due to DMCA take-down notices.

The editing of this segment from Mad Men is a transformative use, commenting on the release of Facebook Timeline. It provides a conceptual short hand that illustrates an important change to a socially shared experience between hundreds of millions of people (the users of Facebook) and also between the several million viewers of Mad Men.

This helps communication in our society and the free flow of thought. This is not what the DMCA is supposed to help combat and its use in this case is blind and ignorant.
